Openwave says it’s reviewing Harbinger proposal (Reuters)
Reuters - Openwave Systems Inc. , a
maker of communications software, said on Thursday that it is
reviewing a proposal by Harbinger Capital Partners to elect two
directors to Openwave’s board.
